Returns/Exchanges

We get it, sizing on kids clothes can be weird and ordering online is always a guessing game. New and unused/unwashed items may be returned within 14 days from when you received the item, for a full refund. 

If you wish to return an item, please email info@fareparkbrand.com with the subject title “RETURN ORDER #____”. Please include the following information:

• Name

• Order Number

• Item(s)

• Reason for return (with attached photos, if applicable)

We will respond with further instructions and what address to mail the return to. 

Cost of shipping returns is the responsibility of the customer, with the exception that the item was damaged before/during delivery. Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

Items marked “Sale” are not eligible for return/exchange.
