Q: How do I care for my clothing?
A: Keep it cool! Wash in cold water, with like colors, and gentle detergent. Lay flat to dry in the shade. We would say to avoid the dryer, but we know you’re going to do it anyways...so tumble on low! For the first wash, please wash each garment separately. We know it’s annoying, but you know what’s more annoying? Color bleeds. And finally, do not bleach.
Q: What is your returns policy?
A: We are happy to accept returns of new and unused/unwashed items for a full refund. See our Returns/Exchanges page for all the details.
Q: Can I change/cancel my order after placing it?
A: We usually ship orders out the day after they are placed. Please contact us immediately via info@fareparkbrand.com with the subject titled “CHANGE/CANCEL ORDER #_______” if you wish to make a change or cancellation. Please note that we cannot guarantee that the change or cancellation will be effective, as we tend to try to ship things out before you can change your mind ;)
Q: I have received the wrong product/size or items are missing – what do I do?
A: Our bad! Send us an email to info@fareparkbrand.com and we will do everything we can to correct the mistake.
Q: Can you combine shipping on multiple orders?
A: We will be happy to combine shipping whenever possible. Please email us within 30 minutes of placing your order with the subject line “COMBINE ORDER #s _______ & _______”. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to combine your order, but we will try our best! If your order is successfully combined, you will be notified via email of your refund.
